About Joanne Major

Jo has worked in the health and exercise profession since 2003.

As well as working with people who want to improve their overall fitness and muscle tone, Jo also works with people presented with musculoskeletal issues. This can include problems such as disc herniations, Pubis synthesis disorder and other pelvic problems common during pregnancy.

The philosophy of training with Equilibrium is the importance of helping individuals in strengthening their core muscles.

"All of my clients receive a personalised exercise plan which is developed after an initial assessment of them. The assessment indentifies key areas which need to be addressed so we can build a solid platform on which to base our training. I find much of the training not only benefits people physically but often I see a growth in their self confidence."
